Snapshot only for non-native media file types?

Is it possible to force the plugin to generate a preview only on non-supportive media? I noticed that after installing the plugin we lose the option to play on thumbnails.

The instructions here show that this can be set in the terminal, but it does not work for me.

`defaults write uk.org.marginal.qlvideo SnapshotAlways -bool XX : Controls whether QuickLook "Preview" shows static snapshot(s) even if a playable preview is available. Default is NO.
