Autogate strange result

I noticed that the Autogate I installed at EGLL has changed colour to a sort of brown with no detail and no longer operates (also the marshaller at EGLL does not operate), but at other airports it stays correct. Puzzled why. Have I not activated something ? Both are Autogate-18m-steel.obj. Both appear correct in the WED. EGLL Autogate EGKK Autogate
