mapcache http ssl_no_cert_checks

Hi,

i am trying to grab data from a arcgis wms server.

The source is published with https. When trying to request tiles the error SSL certificate problem: self signed certificate in certificate chain occurs. Is it possible to implement a config paramater to disable the ssl certificate check?
