Latest manta version to Docker hub

Hi,

The latest tag on Docker hub is very old and not working any more i.e. no bootnodes. https://hub.docker.com/r/mantanetwork/manta/tags Are we be able to publish the latest version of manta to Docker hub too?

Do you need Manta runtime ? Or Calamari runtime ?

We have already got the Manta runtime in the releases and I have downloaded it and managed to temporary create an image on it. But it could be nicer if I can use an official image on from the team. Thanks.
