Add helpful resources for learning Manim in the landing page.

Enhancement proposal

I suggested adding a channel in the discord server called #beginner-resources that would help beginners get started with Manim.

@behackl also suggested adding this type of information in the docs/ landing page.

I think this would be a good idea! We could probably add some of the resources we compiled from the ?sp tutorials snippet:

I think it should be on our website rather than our docs. Since most users should be reading the stable documentation, if the list were there it can only be updated whenever Manim is updated (once a month or less). Having it on the website allows it to be updated instantly. Plus, I don't think a resources list really counts as documentation anyways.

I'm fine either way, maybe with a slight tendency to have it somewhere in our homepage instead of the docs. If there is a list on the homepage, the docs should point to it (maybe actually on the landing page).

Adding new pages to the website is possible by creating a .md file in the contents folder (which is created at runtime when the governance file is fetched), see https://github.com/ManimCommunity/manim-website/blob/93fca6daa81c9a437c651fba73b82f5f0c142171/scripts/constants.py#L18-L24 for the frontmatter stuff to add in the same file.
