Ingame Plugin Updates might only update the primary php-file of the plugin

I did not check the exact implementation yet, but of my personal AdminToolsPlugin, the newest update 20.04 (managed through ManiaControl) did not deploy the newer TMMUtils.php, resulting in "Call to undefined method"-errors. Maybe it is an error in the plugin itself, but i highly doubt that.
