qbittorrent ban

I'm not sure what's going on. I keep getting the error that my IP address has been banned. I'm running decluttar in Docker Desktop/Windows my other Arrs are on the windows host and work, but qBittorrent refuses to authenticate. Setup the docker compose. I have my username and password in there. I tried removing the # in front of the user and pass in the compose. I added the docker subnet mask to whitelist in qBittorrent. I have bybass authentication on local host enabled as well as subnet whitelist. I verified my user and password by logging into the WebUi of qBittorrent. I've also enabled "Host Networking" in docker. I just don't know what else to do..
