[Feature Request] Allow stalled downloads to have different permitted attempts

Hello,

Thanks again for everyone’s efforts with this project.

I have a feature request for having stalled downloads to have a different number of permitted attempts than torrents which have been tagged for ‘Metadata Missing’ for example.

I have found that some torrents that I am downloading have seeds that appear/disappear and I am now running two instances of Decluttarr to allow for the removal of stalled downloads after a few days of being stalled, and all other ‘Errored’ Torrents to be removed every hour. Having separate permitted attempts for different ‘errors’ will eliminate the resource usage of having two or more instances of Decluttarr running at the same time.
