I am sorry to report that 0.15.1-beta2 does not fix the problem I am hitting. The "blends" effect makes the flickering most readily and immediately apparent.

Pretty sure when I observed this, the four phantom outputs were WS281X and were at the end of the list. I had two physical WS2814 outputs defined first.
