When i reinstall plugin i dont see any of my vault in the explorer/spaces panel
Plugin worked first time i tried. Then i turned it off & recently tried again but nothing is showing aside from HOME & my vault name. No drop down explorer folders arrows when clicking. Reinstalling doesnt work. Any ideas
Same view as this - https://github.com/Make-md/makemd/issues/185 - but reinstalling and restarting doesnt solve
That issue no longer occurs in 0.8. You don't see a top bar with a + sign and a home and a vault icon? Those are your default spaces and you can add to them based on how you want to configure your space or you can use the + to create a new space
I see them in pop out at the bottom but they dont show any of my files in explorer or the panel.

Are you able to get the debug information? (Command-Option-I on Mac) and check + send any crashes from make-md

Shall i click on any of the links and copy paste? If so which ones?

I really only want to use it for ability to set saved filters for a table view of my tools folder (db folder is being buggy)

Thanks, I'm aware of this issue but I don't have a timeline for the fix yet. The priority is high and will be looked into after the next set of patches. I'll update this thread once I have more information

Can you also clarify that multiple saved filters saved filters for a table view of a folder is possible? It seems so from what i read in the help file
I don't have an answer on what's causing the issue yet, but I do know that vault size is part of the reason, there's another issue on Github so you're not the only experiencing the issue. I've also reproduced it locally with 10,000 notes so I have the conditions to investigate and fix it.
Multiple filters are definitely supported for a folder and you can also create smart filters that filter across your vault, depends on what you're looking for.
I also have 2 very large folders which are not part of obsidian (excluded from search, sync, etc) but in the vault folder physically. If these are being picked up the plugin indexing, that would also contribute id imagine. It was working the first time i used it though so those folders werent an issue then..
Glad to hear about filters - will it bring in the properties/metadata of the notes as column headers & populate them, just by adding more columns and selecting the property? Even better if the links are actual links..?
Update @jp-cen - When moving new files to the tools folder they show up in the make.md Tools folder Space. But only those ones, so suggests something with the indexing? Maybe it didnt run for some reason, and
Also now i can see the table view, it doesnt bring in any of the properties that are in the file. other than the file title link. If i add manually add tags as a column for example it, it doesnt bring in any of the tags, which makes it un useful for those of us who have our metadata in the properties. Is this possible to bring in the properties into the table view for make.md, as would really like to integrate the plugin as a whole if it can?

Update (again) just went back to obsidian and it had frozen, so guessting that also must be something to do with file amount as you suggested. I'll uninstall until further updates
