AI Assistant: fails to archive

Bug Description

AI Assistant fails to delete which might be disabled but it fails to recognize mails in my inbox and it fails to refresh its rag store.

I tried simplifying to test the feature the further:

I successfully got a msg, but ...

1. Noticed no updates on the inbox
2. So I duplicated the tab, just to the find the mails still there!!!

I tried the same, got the same results as mentioned above. But when I tried it in another way, it used the archiveThreads to archive mails. The way is, first asking it to check inbox and brief the user about the mails and then asking it to archive it.
