Delay retrieving tip until action

Problem

Issue is as described in #4, I can see that it was marked as completed but not resolved unless the fix has not been published yet.

Resolution

As seen in the code, I delayed the retrieval of tip until the delay time is reached.

I ran into this issue and copied the code into my local files lol and it works great! please merge and update the package!
