Tech: SourceCodeParser test in ParseFolderToTable is flacky

Behavior

Sometime the test suit fails, because of this test:

SourceCodeParser ParseFolderToTable > files with correct paths and metrics are found()

This failure occurred sometimes on GitHub, but might have happened on MacOs too. Example GitHub run.
