Help users to install CodeMaat

Description

As a user of code charta, I want that ccsh helps me to install the CodeMaat needed to use the CodeMaat Importer, so that I'm able to use it as fast as possible, without reading a lot of documentation.

Acceptance criteria

• When CodeMaat Importer is selected, ccsh will check if CodeMaat is installed
• If not it will prompt the user to install it, if possible install it for the user after asking for permissions
• should be supported for windows and macos
