Make Code Maat Importer available via UI

Description

As a user, I want the Code Maat Importer added to the parser/importer so that I can import a map for my project with our Code Maat Importer via ui.

Acceptance criteria

• Code Maat Importer will be available from the import dialog
• Code Maat Importer dependencies have to be made available for the user
• A dialog is created to guide the user through the import process
• After the dialog is finished, the users files will be parsed and the generated cc.json will be imported and activated
