Side panel does not show name of selected file

Expected Behavior

WHEN

Selecting a building

THEN

The opened side panel always includes the filename at the top

Actual Behavior

Depending on the loaded map this does sometimes not happen

Steps to Reproduce the Problem

  1. Load this map: cc115git.cc.json
  2. Select it and unselect default maps
  3. Click on any building
