Add Visualization Debuggers

Ever since Deep Learning broke out around 2012 after AlexNet, computer vision has been at the forefront of developments.

In due course, many additional debugging techniques have been proposed that operate by visualization.

MagNet should have these techniques baked-in.

[ ] Activation Maps
[ ] Saliency Maps
[ ] GradCam
[ ] DeepDream
[ ] Top Activated Matches

Keep in mind that since MagNet is not an opinionated framework, the debuggers should be as general purpose as possible; ideally, operable on any vision oriented network.

@saranshkarira will take the lead by porting his repo over.
