Register a custom mmp:// scheme to allow for direct connection to a server

• User clicks on public masterlist webapp server
• Mafia Multiplayer binary is opened
• Store the destination server
• Process all normal init
• Send the destination server payload to the webapp
• Let the webapp proceed all auth flow etc... ** If accepted, it will trigger quick connect payload ** If denied, it will show a popup
