[1.12.2]crash when salvaging leather armor from any armor piece

i was doing a small test after i accidentally install a leather armour, then I decided to salvage it but when I do it the game completely freezes (exactly crashed), in fact, the game indicates that i got the leathers back by showing recipes but i don't see it in my Hotbar mod versions:1.12.2-0.2.0.6 here's the log: latest.log here is the crash log: crash-2018-09-09_14.45.38-server.txt

no reproduce may work if you don't own the advancement I tried for my self, it didn't crash on the second try I see on the crash that was a reference on an advancement

Not sure what is going on there yet as MPS doesn't use or reference advancements.

I changed the inventory sync method again, I'll need to test it to see if that fixed it or not.
