Tinker table "install" button does not always indicate or work properly.

This is an old bug, but still exists. Sometimes the "install" button color (red/blue) does not update to indicate whether or not the required items are present in the player's inventory. Likewise, sometimes the button does not work even if the player has the required items, even if the color indicates the player does.
