Hi -- really love the BioJupies service. I think adding the ability to select specific GEO samples to compare would really add a lot of utility. That way you could do a DGE analysis between any two groups of samples without needing to default to the heatmap which is currently displayed. My preference would also be to add the ability to compare groups of samples between studies as well as within studies.
