F06 says:

  *ERROR :Code not written for SHELL_B effect on KE yet for QUAD4K elements
          Or, if QUAD4, make sure that the element has nonzero transverse shear moduli, G1Z, G2Z

I do not believe this is a bug per se, but we should look into this. The coexistence of PCOMP with kirchoff elements are so anachronistic as to be hard to envision.
