Disabling Darkening for Wallpaper forces parallax effect to always be ON.

Desbcribe the bug When enabling the option Disable Darkening for the wallpaper, even when turning OFF perspective zoom when setting a wallpaper the parallax effect (wallpaper moving with iPhone moving) is always applied.

To Reproduce Enable the option, set a wallpaper with Perspective Zoom OFF, go to homescreen and move (tilt) the iPhone.

Expected behavior Wallpaper darkening is OFF + Parallax effect turned OFF.
