feat: streaming chat and dual view UI
This PR significantly enhances the frontend UX by implementing a streaming chat interface that displays the agent's thinking process in real-time. It introduces a "Dual View" toggle, allowing users to switch between a clean business summary and a detailed developer log (including SQL and execution stats). An About page is added, and backend prompt configuration paths are fixed to ensure synchronization with the settings UI.
