use libnids as git submodule instead of static tarball

Also removes unnecessary files (dist/*), updates .gitignore, updates the setup.py reference url, and creates a distclean option for setup.py

This makes updates to the libnids not require an explicit update to pynids repo as well, but does mean that git clone now requires --recursive.
