Physionet Sporadic Outages April 7

Physionet has been down several times today, each outage is variable in length. Both the website and file downloads via cmdline are interrupted or unavailable due to timeouts. Is there a scheduled maintenance window I am running into?

physionet.org appears to be down today as well at least for the past 4 or so hours
