Description

Hi, I would like to know if there is any way to obtain elixhauser comorbidity scores for ICD-10 diagnoses codes. The postgresql script in mimic-iii only works for ICD-9 codes. Thank you for the assistance!

If you don't see Elixhauser scores for ICD-10 in the repository, most likely it means that we haven't yet implemented them.

Someone would need to write them and contribute them to the repository. I don't think our team has capacity to do this at the moment, but someone else may see this issue and give it a try.
