Full event data for remote events

Description Currently the handling of remote events only allows to receive 12 bytes of the event data (with no information about the actual length). It would be nice to extend the capability to be able to send the full data from the event over mdsip.

Additional context This limitation is currently due to the fixed size of the data field in the structure MdsEventInfo from libMdsIpShr.
