jScope connection to server at startup

When using jScope with a remote server, you currently have to either specify -s or -ssh from the command line, or click on the network connection in the list.

We propose a couple things:

• Add an option to choose one of those network connections at startup from the command line
• Add an option to the properties file to trigger the "determine user from current user" checkbox
