Can't Add New Consoles

Upon connecting my discord account on 3dsrpc.com I was able to register one system through Pretendo. I wanted to add my unmodified Nintendo network account as well, but adding my Nintendo friend code as a new console does not seem to add anything to my account's console list. For reference I attempted adding the console yesterday and the console still doesn't show up after checking 24 hours later. Should this be working?
