Drawing of a matpower case

The PLOT_MPC function is used to draw an electrical network, however I can't understand how it works. My goal would be to draw up a network diagram taking into account the "rate_A" and therefore their ampacity. Is it possible to do this with "plot_mpc"? Alternatively, does the function use parameters directly linked to the ampacity of the lines?
