Add a package for Fooocus-API.

Fooocus-API is a FastAPI-based REST API built on the original Fooocus. Fooocus-API can be shared with many parts of Fooocus, so it can get a great benefit from model sharing by StabilityMatrix.

All we have to do is to copy configuration for the original Fooocus and make a bit adjustment.

this fooocus-API is not well explained .. what's up ? REST is better than python speed ? You don't explain the advantages of this API and even you doubt about the whole compatibility "can be shared with many parts ", yep but not all the app ?

• please be visual .. if there is something good in that API, show it, and then explain the benefits.
