[Feature Request]: fix for p3r crashing with multiple monitors

P3R attempts reading some values from the registry on startup, notably HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\IDConfigDB\Hardware Profiles\0001 steamwebhelper_k1lAGEFJSj

removing said key (or renaming it to something not-0001) fixes the startup crash.
