[FEATURE] GCODE Toggle button

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Possibility to use a GCODE toggle button, for example to switch the bed temperature between 0°C, 60°C and 70°C. The following scheme:

0 button press 60 button press 70 button press 0 button press 60 button press 70 ...

Describe the solution you'd like a simple one :)

Hi,

I have a lot to do at the moment and cannot really work on feature requests for now. But generally having a toggle to switch between actions would be nice. This is probably related to #32. I prepared some code for this, but did not manage yet to change the interface and test the implementation.
