haskell-opencv Cut a new release

It's been a loooong time since this was pushed to Hackage. Could we get a new release? I'm happy to help make this happen.

I agree. It's been more than 2 years since your message.

All (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6) CV bindings on hackage at the moment appear unmaintained.

Maybe it's time for someone else to completely take over the package on hackage?

@nh2 has been recently added as a maintainer and is actively working to bring things up to scratch. That said, this library does generally work fine, we use it for loads at CircuitHub. The problem is we have our own fork with a few fixes in and we just need to get them upstream. The fork is minimal, just needs me to find some time!

We use a patched version but I generally try to upstream it here.
