[Feature Request] Add option in configuration menu to change Rosalina menu button combination

The L button on my 3DS is broken, and so I have no way to access the Rosalina menu without changing its button combination. However, since the option for that is within the Rosalina menu, I can't change that option without having to manually edit the Luma3DS configuration file and rebooting the console, and I have to repeat that process every single time I update Luma3DS. This isn't very convenient, so I would like the option to edit the Rosalina menu button combination to also be added to the Luma3DS configuration menu in addition to the Rosalina menu. This feature would be great for those of us who can't do it the usual way due to one of the buttons for the combination being broken on our systems.
