Disable save button when no changes have been made

I think it's a waste of time and/or storage space (on bytebin) when you can save changes, even if there aren't any.

The editor should perhaps give a message like "There aren't any changes being made yet. Please make changes first before attempting to save it." or have the save button greyed out.
