Visual fake deletion

Expected Behaviour

Not visually remove code

Actual Behaviour

using latest vsc insiders. So when i reach top or bottom of the lua file and start scroll in the other direction so if i am at the top of the file and start scrolling down it looks like it delete the code but its just visual gltich/bug. Did a bisect and got that it was this extension. And once disabled it all works fine again. Maybe someone else had this issue.

1. Go to '...'
2. Click '...'
3. See error '...'
