Quartz Support

Hi, I use this plugin in conjunction with Quartz - it's great, thank you!

In Quartz, we use can link to folders using the syntax:

[[path/to/folder/]]

which based on my setup of Folder notes should link to:

[[path/to/folder/index]]

Is this something we can possibly support in Folder notes? I think it would be a useful feature - irrespective of Quartz.
