These are the changes I made to get Zoom to compile under Catalina. Maybe a bit kludgy, but it works.

I'm attempting to compile Zoom on MacOS 10.14 Beta (Mojave) through Xcode and the compile process fails, even with the proper dependencies (expat and CocoaGlk).
Apparently the Glulxe format is only available using the cocoa version, as [blorb.c](https://github.com/Logicalshift/zoom/blob/xcode4/src/blorb.c#L267) only checks for ZCOD. Would it be possible to get Glulxe support for the X window people?
