Describe the Bug
After upgrading to a new PC with an AMD 9700 CPU and Radeon 9070 XT GPU, I’m encountering a consistent issue with Sunshine:
Failure after full shutdown When I perform a full shutdown and power on the system, Sunshine fails to start/work automatically. 2.Works with manual restart or system reboot If I manually restart Sunshine from the system tray → select "Restart", it functions correctly.
If I reboot the system (not shutdown → power on) when the issue occurs, Sunshine works normally.
All Logs: 1.After full shutdown + power on (failure)
2.After manually restarting Sunshine via system tray (success)
3.After testing with latest pre-release 2025.806.175625 → full shutdown + power on (still fails)

The detailed logs are too long, so I've provided them as separate files.
My computer is intel 265k+9070xt and I am also experiencing this issue.
After reinstall sunshine and testing with latest pre-release 2025.829.135256 → full shutdown + power on logs: sunshine.log
@flppt @shichao402 by any chance, do you also get a warning from AMD Adrenaline about driver timeouts right after logging into your desktop after a full shutdown?
I'm experiencing this from time to time, and the only fix I’ve found is completely uninstalling Sunshine. I also have a RX 9070 XT.

yes
Same here, sometimes I get an error message from AMD Adrenaline, telling me about timeouts (which I didn't notice at all, neither during boot nor during the last boot) and I'm then unable to connect to Sunshine anymore. Restarting Sunshine fxes that problem. 9070xt and latest Adrenaline drivers.
我也是9700X 加9070XT 一模一样的问题
把快速启动关了就好了
Hey guys, recently I found that everything is back to normal. Now, even if I start the computer after a long time, Sunshine launches properly. It seems I didn't do anything specific. Here is my current environment status, hope it helps you.
Current Setup:
Windows version: Windows 11, 24H2, 26100.6584
AMD driver version: 25.9.1
Sunshine: 2025.814.234924
Previous Setup:
Windows 11, 24H2, 26100.4652
AMD driver version: 25.8.1
Sunshine: v2025.628.4510
should i close this issue?
Why would you close it? its an obvious issue which i'm personally also having to deal with, restarting everytime i boot my pc is a pain in the ass

Ha, you're right.
Also, I believe I provided sufficient information about the entire process from when the issue appeared until it disappeared, even though I did nothing during that period—just kept sunshine, system and amd driver always updated. For your reference.
I also have a 9700X + 9070XT, and I can't even get Sunshine to start. After installing and opening Sunshine, there's no response, and I can't access it through the default port either.
