Cosmic comp has strange kms capture issues

Describe the Bug
When using moonlight+sunshine with cosmic comp (wayland KMS capture) I believe the planes are layered and ordered wrong? the main screen is usually black, the taskbar is in the wrong place, some windows are also in the wrong place if they do manage to render, moving the cursor results in "cursor trails".
If I click sunshine starts spitting out the below line repetitiously.
Warning: Couldn't get drm fb for plane [0]: No such file or directory
I have tried both vaapi and software rendering, have tried changing the display and issues till occur, Some windows will render but are often in the wrong location

Cosmic-comp recently pushed an update which mostly fixed this, however the taskbar is still missing from capture

For me, if the Monitor number is set to 0, it shows my apps with no taskbar, but if I switch the Monitor number to 1, it shows the taskbar without apps.

Sadly it still does.
Have you though about bringing this up to the cosmic team? A fix could come from their side where maybe there is a way to not use 2 separate framebuffers/DRM things (sorry don't know the technical term) to render the taskbar and the rest of the desktop
