Sunshine [Windows] `restore_sink` doesn't properly restore default communication device on Windows.

Describe the Bug

When disconnecting from Sunshine, Sunshine does not properly restore the default audio devices on Windows if the default communication device is different than the main default device.

Both settings will be set to the old default main device.

Expected Behavior

Audio Sinks should be restored to the same settings that they were set to prior to connecting:

The default audio device should be restored to the previous default.
The default communication device should be restored to the previous default.
