.txt files open into chinese characters
Installing RectifyPad and opening basically every .txt file results in chinese characters being displayed unless the specific .txt file was originally created in RectifyPad. In https://github.com/lixkote/UltraPad/issues/24 it was mentioned that it was fixed, but i can't see any option or anything to change to fix it on my end. What could i do?
I think the reason for that happening is that the file decoder in Microsoft's richeditbox implementation still tries to read txt as an encoded rtf file, and that results in that chinese crap appering. That, or messed up encoding for some reason.
