Save command responds like Save As

RectifyPad looks amazing. I just love it. Please keep it going. Here's some experience.

1. When you normally save an open document with Ctrl+S or by menu command, it acts like as Save As all the time.
2. Also you can't quit-close an unchanged document as opened just checking it. It asks "Save" or "Don't Save" even there is no change.
