[FEATURE REQUEST] Put both "delete all" buttons inside the same area

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Don't think it makes sense to have the "delete all downloads" button outside the 3 dot menu, and have the torrent one inside that.

Describe the solution you'd like They both should be put in the 3 dot menu button since they're not something that is used often.
