Reviews don't seem to work on LBP Vita

When I open LBP Vita i sometimes get notifications that people left reviews on my levels, only to find literally nothing in the reviews page. The level badge glows and all, but the page is just empty Also, I tried to leave a review on a level, and after submitting, the review instantly disappeared despite the counter going up by one. I'm now on the level's reviews page and there's no reviews according to the game

noting that i was able to view reviews maybe a day or two after i had reported this, although i remember it not working a long while before i did. maybe reviews do actually work but just inconsistently? i'll probably double check when i can
