System (C:) bar turned from blue to red when reimporting

When i was using reimport 2 on a game, while it was like in the middle of it, i looked at my storage and saw that my System C: was getting loaded with gb's. I panicked, so i closed reimport and it stopped, however the storage was still the same.I did put the output folder to Main (D:), but when i checked it nothing. I'm trying to find out where i could delete whatever the problem caused the storage overload.
