Wrong information with google cloud api to use quality function.

Hello,

I used the google-cloud-api by visiting the link provided on README.md. It is redirected to "api-gateway".

Anyway, the function fails. Until I studied the source code and found this document is the correct API we should apply for: "https://developers.google.com/speed/docs/insights/v5/get-started?hl=zh-tw".

Please correct.
