look into veto storage default functions

this isssue is about MatchGroupInput.getMapVeto function that gets extracted from several customs into commons with #4121

• change param to store it in? --> duplicating data for a month or so to not fuck over api consumers
• change input? // allow some alias input e.g. for non team based matches
